momentary paralysis

momentary paralysis

This has been occuring for a few weeks now and i do not no what to do about it.
when i am about to fall asleep i experience sudden paralysis in which i cannot move any part of my body, not even talk, but i no whats going on and i can think fine, it just scares the **** out of me.
I have not told my parents about this because i dont know if it is really bad.
The paralysis usually last 20-30 seconds in which afterwards i have full control of my body like nothing happened.
im starting to be able to predict when it will happen, like last night when i was laying in bed i felt it comming but could not stop it from happening,

if you have any information or advise PLEASE let me know.
