mri on cervical spine

i had an MRI done on my cervical spine 3/18/2011.ned help understanding results please

FINDING--- there is some mild loss of the normal cervical lordosis best seen on the left sagittal images..
No significant disk bulging is identified at the C2-C3 disk space.....
Mild disk bulging is identified at the C3-C4 disk level with minimal impingement on the anterior thecal sac.there is an asymmetric convex component to the **** bulging extending into the intervertebral foramen on the left with which i CANNOT EXCLUDE AS A SMALL FOCAL LATERAL DISK PROTRUSION.No significant spinal stenosis is seen.no cord compression or displacement is seen.There is evidence for foraminal encroachment at the C3-C4 level on the left...Mild symmetric disk bulging is identified at the C4-C5 disk space level with minimal impingement on the anterior thecal sac.no significant spinal stenosis or foraminal encroachment is seen at this level...Mild symmetric disk bulging is identified at the C5-C6 disk space level with minimal impingement on the anterior thecal sac.no significant spinal stenosis or foraminal encroachment is seen at this level....
