Hi there. Your MRI shows right paracentral protrusion C5 C6 with right C6 nerve root compression which could be causing arm and shoulder pain, numbness or weakness on the right, if you have. This can worsen if there is a central canal stenosis and spinal cord compression, which can cause lower limb symptoms also along with myelopathy. Consult your neurosurgeon to check the stage of the disease and his preference to operate on it now. Palliative measures like NSAIDS, acupressure, physiotherapy, exercises and epidural injection of steroids would help. Take care.
