m.r.i results

i had an M.R.I of the cervical spine, and theresult was: findings are impressive of a dumbell shaped space occupying lesion at c4/c5 vertebral level showing extension as described likely representing neurofibroma for clinical correlation.
may you please explain that to me.

Neurofibroma  is a benign tumor.

The MRI is showing that you have an odd shaped space between two vertebra that is being filled in by a benign tumor.
This must be causing you some serious back pain.
