mri results....what next?

I am a 45 y/o female, and have had bilateral numbness in 4th and 5th fingers along with periodic weak grip in right hand for 10 months now. My MRI results are as follows:

Findings: Loss of the normal cervical lordosis may be positional in nature or due to muscle spasm.  Disc space narrowing and anterior disc osteophyte complex at C4-5, C5-6, and C-7.  Minimal retrolisthesis of C5 on C6 and C6 on C7, most likely degenerative in nature.  Bone marrow signal intensity is minimally heterogeneous but within normal limits.

C2-3:  Unremarkable
C3-4: Minor dorsal disc osteophyte complex with small central herniated disc protrusion.
C4-5: Tiny central herniated disc protrusion.
C5-6: Dorsal disc osteophyte complex flattens the ventral spinal cord.  Unconvertebral hypertrophy with right facet hypertrophy and mild right neural foraminal stenosis.
C6-7:  Dorsal disc osteophyte complex with uncovertebral hypertrophy.  Mild left neural foraminal narrowing.
C7-T1:  Unremarkable

Impression:  Minor degenerative disc disease in the cervical spine with mild neural foraminal narrowing as described.  Mild spinal stenosis at C6-7 where the spinal canal measures 10mm.

My questions are as follows: can the ulnar numbness/weakness be attributed to these results?  Do I need to consult a doctor, and if so, what kind? (this MRI was ordered by a chiropractor, who is very nice, but...).  Would anything described here benefit from immediate attention, or should I just wait and see how it goes?  (I still have basic function of the hands, albeit with some weakness on the right side, but these co-pays are killing me.)

Basically, I just need to know if there is any benefit to scheduling yet another doctor appt.  The first guy I saw wanted to operate on my elbows immediately, the second wanted me to buy a brace and begin physical therapy, and the third seemed to be primarily concerned that I get a pap smear. (???!!!!)  Anyway, I just want to be able to continue to work and support myself.  What is the medical opinion on this report?  And thank you, by the way, for not charging a copay, since I am now broke. :)
