mri scans

hi i have had 2 mri scan 12 months apart the first had 1 abnormal signal in the right frontal lobe and the new scan has 3 foci abnormal signal involving the subcortial white matter of the right anterior frontal lobe, i was told nothing is a miss all normal. is this true. i have had numbness in fingers an face as well as weakness in muscles on left side on and off.
i have headache constant as well. it also say i have a partial empty sella in first and empty sella in new one what is this and can it cause symptoms like this.
i would appreciate your opinion.
