mucle cramps, spasms

by clbrown, Feb 07, 2008 10:37PM
Over the last few weeks I began having cramps in my fingers while using them (cutting with scissors, writing, etc). On my left hand the index finger will go downward and toward the thumb. On my right hand the fingers just look distorted when they cramp. At night time I get cramps in my legs and feet. Sometimes I will a cramp in the front and back of the calf at the same time. Sometimes the cramps are at the ankle near the top of my foot and it could happen a couple times a night. I have controlled high pressure and high choloresterol if this means anything.

If you have all these muscle cramps and spasms then you need to get yourself a bottle of cramp911.  You can get on the internet. It is a new product just for cramps and spasms and pain.  It is amazing. I have a lady friend who uses this almost on a daily basis.  She gets cramps all the time, day or night.  She finds this works very fast and you can get back to what you were doing.  It is soo easy to use as well.  It comes in a roll on bottle and you just roll on and massage into muscle area where cramp is. Great little bottle, you can keep at your bedside and on somewhere else in your house.  I keep one in my purse!  Well I hope this will help you and your cramps!!
