multiple symptoms

I started having weird pain and pressure sensation when chewing on my left side in cheek bone and behind left eye then running up into temple in July.  This symptom is also started by left side of face being exposed to sunlight and the heat of the sun on it.  Then end of July I started having tingling and numbness in my jaw and front part of my tongue.  Then tingling and numbness in my lips.  Then in Aug. I started having pins and needles on back, arms and legs and itchy type sensation on upper chest and front part of my neck.  Also started getting numbness on fingers palm side and shooting pain in finger tips and toes.  I have extreme pins and needle sensation all over my head and arms, legs when I get hot (during exercise, getting into hot car).  My neurologist states that is Uhthoffs phenomenon.  He has ordered more MRIs of neck and low back for possible MS or Arthritic spurs but I can't get them until January 09. Brain MRI was clear.  He thinks I'm having migraines from TMJ and that is causing the numbness and tingling of my tongue and the pressure pain in my cheek running to my temple. He thinks possible carpal tunnel since hands are involved and or possible Arthritic spurs that are causing all of the arm and leg pins and needles.  It also could be peripheral neuropathy from chemotherapy 5 years ago.  In other words there are no definate answers at this point.    The Uhthoff's phenomenon is what sticks out the most to me.  I can't imagine that migraines, carpal tunnel, carry over of chemo neuropathy or Arthritic spurs all started at the same time.  Could someone give me their opinion.
