muscle pain upper arms,neck, upper back pain in brain

I had a lot of mental torture and physical pressure in office, it culminated into swolling of my right leg, sever pain in my neck back calves and upper limbs. on hospitalisation it was found i have calcium deficiency, protruding vertebra spondilities and muscle spasm.

I took medication for the same with injection of calcium, nerve strengthening, exercises and physiotheraphy.

after a few months treatment, i shifted to ayurvedic medicines, alomvilom, kapalbharti,ujai,exercises alongwith regular tonning exercise.  i was fairing well.  i was hospitalised in october and since then i m not regular to office, as i was regaining my health, i started becoming more regular in office, my job is across the counter, in a bank, i have to deal with all type of clerical work across the counter, receips payments, transfers account opening, handling the customers, pass book entry and misc jobs . My doctor had suggested change of job, alongwith massaging hot water baths daily and exercises.

Once i started becoming regular it and doing my earlier hectic job with the same speed and began feeling confident, i realised that i could not carry on with the same tempo anymore. my arms neck  upper back calves pain in my back, the head muscle also paid, and i get pain in my eyes. i somehow honour my job when i m in office as soon as i come back my energy level is very low my body is totally dull and i feel like sleeping what m i heading to. please help
