muscle spasms

I have recently started having a muscle flutter just above my left eyelid. If is pretty constant and very irritating. is this something I should be concerned about?

Eyelid flutter is typically not concerning. It is most commonly associated with fatigue or stress. I would suggest that you continue to monitor it. If it is bothersome or continues, you may wish to discuss it with your primary care physician.
