MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Hi,
If all the diagnostic tests are normal, the twitches could be related to Anxiety and stress. Please keep yourself free from stress. Take adequate rest and good sleep at night. Go for exercises regularly and take good nutritional supplements of calcium, protein, multivitamins, multiminerals  and Omega 3 fatty acids. Please consult a physician and take symptomatic treatment. Hope this helps you. Take care and regards!
