muscle twitching and tightness

muscle twitching and tightness

I started off two weeks ago with my right bicep twitching at night. A day later my right calve got tight then my left calve got a little tight(neither on very tight). My rt foot started tingling(my right little toe hurts also) it did this when I was sitting down then it started when I was standing also(it comes and goes). My bicep twitched a alot over the next six days and nights then it stopped. My left calve stopped but my right foot still tingles occasionally and my right calve is still a little tight(not bad) when I walk around its not bad at all. Over the last two weeks I've had twitching all over my body legs, back, arms, neck, chest, not all the time but occasionally and they only last a couple seconds. My bicep that twitched when ever I was relaxing for six days has been gone for five days now and I have no muscle loss(hands and feet work fine). Could I have als even with the twitching stopped in my bicep and no muscle loss. I'm worried sick about this please give my your thoughts.
