my 9 yr old daughter

I have a 9 yr old daughter. 4weeks ago she was sitting at her desk and the left side of her face went numb. After 3 HOURS of telling her teacher she finally sent her to the nurse. While at the nurse, she drank water and it went out the side of her mouth. By the time she got home her speech was really messed up. We took her to the ER. They just looked at her and said, " I think she has Belles Palsy".  NO tests at all were performed. Belles Palsy paralyzes your face. She had complete control of her face. It did not affect her eyes either. I took her to her regular doc the following Monday. She said it is NOT belles. My daughters left eye was dilated and not responsive to light. She also was thrown off balance when she straightened out her arms and closed her eyes. She was sent to a neurologist and had a mri and mra. We know she does not have an aneurysm. That is good but ALOT is still unknown. She is left with no feeling in her cheeks and now she can not feel her upper lip. Can you please help me. She is my ONLY daughter and it has left us really distraught!!!
