my brother

my brother

My brother is 23 years old and has severe migraine attacks every day. He can feel them coming on and then when they hit he has to take tons of aspirin and lay down and nap. When he wakes up about 30 minutes aftewards, they start to ease. He then gets nauseated and most of the time vomits. Then the shakes come and he trembles and sweats uncontrollably. He has had MRI and CT scan and they dont show anything, but I know something is very wrong. What is wrong with him?

If there is no lesion in brain it will not come in MRI or CT and it is always good.
He is having these attacks due to chemical stimuli in his brain and the Neurologist would suggest an EEG.
Consult you Physician for next steps of diagnosis.
Take care!
