my muscles are vibrating : pls reply if any body have this kind of symtom

My Nurves are vibrating for few sec at right and left side of head and some times muscles of  left hand are  vibrating .  pls tell what cold be the cause . becase am afraid of this

vibration mean like pulsating for few seconds, not only muscles , nurves at left and right side of head (just above the ear) also. i am fearing about this lot , abhijeeth please help me. if possible pls can you give me your mail id.

Hello Ayub.

If your muscles are twitching (fasciculations), you could be having stress induces fasciculations. Have you been getting enough sleep these days ? And do you feel tired very often ?

I am not sure if you mean twitches when you say vibrations. twitches (fasciculations) are involuntary contractions of muscles. They are usually stress induced.

Can you please share any other symptoms if you have ?
