my son has a large cyst in the left temporal lobe in his brain

my son has bad headaches and stirring spells which i was told these are seizers and we found this after he had a head trauma when he turn 15 the doctors told me that it could not be removed due to its location and all we can do is watch it if it grows just a little the dr said that it would shift the brain and cause perminent damage or even death and now he is 24 years old stii with bad migranes and neck pain i just dont understand why they cant do anything as a parent i live with this everyday and wonder if today it is going to grow and shift his brain what a bad thing to worry about everyday when we found out about this we took all enjoyment away from him his dirt bike racing football and surfboard and he told his dr that he wanted to box the dr said no that he may as well did a hole and climb into it what kind of life is this i just pray to GOD that he gives me and my son a long life with less pain as possible my question is can anything be done with all the tecnogloly today and how offen should this be monitor please please give me some insight on this please.
