my syatic(sciatic) nerve is injured

sir one year ago i have faced a accident, my asitabula has been factured.
dr says my syatic (sciatic) nerve has been injured ie. traction type of injury. due to this problem i am not holding my body weith on my right leg. and my foot has been dorp.

my doctors openion are positive till date.

sir pls suggest me it is curable or not
