  Did not respond to tensulin test. Adv. stage does that rule out mg. What about vascular distribution of the vertebral & basilar arteries since history of caroted artery blockage that has not been adressed. What about trigeminal neuralgia or neuromas from dental work since there were complaints trouble swallowing right after dental work and strange dental metal artifact showed up on mri what about cranial nerve damage due to degeneration of spine. Is tenselin test absolute! What about spinal tap to search for infections viruses etc. What about sacoid disease or lyme disease possibility. Microvascular decompression if was dental related. I know this is alot of questions but I would like to know what tests could be proformed to check all possibilities. PLEASE answer and inform me of such tests and if these are possibilities!
