I would suggest you to please consult a pediatric neurologist. His motor development is quite delayed and does not seem to be related to myoclonic epilepsy. It is important to diagnose the cause of delayed motor milestones. He needs to undergo CT scan or MRI of brain as soon as possible. Also please be patient and continue with physical therapy.
