myoclonic jerks with hypoglycemia

myoclonic jerks with hypoglycemia

a 3month old female child came to us in drowsy state with persistent hypoglycemia with past history of generalised tonic clonic seizures since last 1 month. the patient had persistent hypoglycemia for which patient was on glucose infusion drip by 12 mg/kg/hr(as titrated gradually). the patient had gross hypotonia with depressed reflexes. the patient was worked up and found to be hyperinsulinemic. so started on Diazoxide. gradually the glucose need reduced but the patient has been having myoclonic jerks whose frequency has increased. what should be my next course of action?
