narrowing pulse pressure

husband has sudden onset of decreased b/p: 80/60 and a too narrow pulse pressure. these episodes are accompanied by mental fog, cotton mouth, pain and blurring in left eye and leave him without any energy.  when at home he usually goes to sleep; at work, he hits the caffiene and pushes through.  he has had complete cardiac workup, short of a heart cath, carotids are clean, MRI of brain and pituitary are clean, lab work is normal, has had MRA, hormone workup showed adrenal and pituitary fatigue.  treated with testosterone and is now therapeutic which has lead to his no longer passing out when he has these episodes.  will be scheduled for visual eeg to r/o petite mal seizures.  neuro wants him to see autonomic specialist.  wait list at vandy in nashville is up to oct of 2009.  any further suggestions
