neck and shoulder pain and stiffness

Hi I got injured at work lifting heavy boxes of gaterade, May 2008, i heard a crack sound on the right side of my neck as i was lifting the box, then i had a sharp pain in on the right side of the neck and shoulder, headaches, diziness, i did an MRI but it was normal, i did and XRay all normal, i did masage therapy had to stop i was geting worse, i did physio therapy for about 5 months, the symptoms were getting worse, headaches, diziness, pain in the head, neck, shoulder's, Am going to a chipractor now for about a month and a half, i sitll get headaches, stiffness and pain in the neck, pain in the shoulder, pain dowm my arm, pain in my hands and fingueres also stiffness in my finguers, swollen finguers specially in the morning, i cant sleep on my right side i arm falls asleep, and i get pain on my neck arm and shoulder, cant sleep on mu back my spain hurts, pain down my leg and swollen foot, pain down my spine, pain on my shoulder blaid, it has been 8 months and not a day goes by that i can say i feel good today, i need help in finding what the problem is i have been to my MD but i dont get answers from him, went to see a specialist all he said is go back to work and you will get better, i cant do my normal life i cant do anything, i cant stay at a store for more then 30 minutes, because i get dizzy, headaches, pain neck and shoulders, my chiropractor says it's nerve related, is there any tests that i could do to find the problem, or what kind of specialist should i be seeing.
