Thank u so much .. for your valuable time and reply. but i think one important point which i failed to remark , i check about the disease(dystonia),
....yes i said my neck bend forward ,but that forward bend not with physical appearance but bend occur in neck bone(Reversed Curve on neck bone).yes i know when my neck is normal it will be like this " ( " and when bending occurs it will be like this " ) " b/c this reversed position cant hold my head weight correctly so will get an intense pain so i use neck collar also at this time all side muscles of neck seem to be useless means not pulling to any side like i read about dystonia. i take an x ray before it shows this.
.... i search a lot about this , got two names 1:Reversed Cervical neck , 2: scoliosis ,both shows similar neck x-ray picture as i had . but nowhere i saw that these bending cause only as temporary, only one week of reversed curvical neck. i never had big accident to bend my neck bone or i dont have it as genetically b/c this problem first appear when i was 19..
.... lets clear again ,its a reversed neck BONE as i shown in symbols above, its just temporary just one week to correct itself automatically( with not too much bed rest). some times this problem occur like this -once when i wake up morning i slip suddenly shaking my head forward means the position we look ,suddenly pain comes and when i touch my neck bone, its bending in reversed position which i can feel by fingers ,but sudden shaking of head backward position never make this problem to me, it seems my neck
BACK SIDE lost a key muscle  which restrict my neck not to cause Reversed Curve on neck bone, sir so u think i had dystonia? sir i need to understand my problem , b/c i am a software engineer which makes my problem more worst . more time i spent in frond of computer .

MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL
Thanks for using the forum. I am happy to address your questions, and my answer will be based on the information you provided here. Please make sure you recognize that this forum is for educational purposes only, and it does not substitute for a formal office visit with a doctor.

Without the ability to examine and obtain a history, I can not tell you what the exact cause of the symptoms is. However I will try to provide you with some useful information.

You may have a condition called dystonia. This condition is a disorder of sustained muscle contraction, which may result in a twisting appearance, repetitive movements, or another abnormal posture. The cause can be sporadic, secondary to another process, or inherited/genetic/psychogenic.

The treatment will depend on the underlying cause. (For example, some dystonias respond to dopamine medications). Another treatment option include botulinum toxin.

I would suggest that you follow up with a neurologist who specializes in movement disorders.

Thank you for this opportunity to answer your questions, I hope you find the information I have provided useful, good luck.
