neck nausea

My mom has recently had a panic attack. SHe also suffers from fibrimyaligia. For the past week her neck when she moves her head experiences nausea. She still is carry some anxiety, but her neck feels "sick". That is the best I can describe it. She can't look at  acomputer screen because it moves to fast for her. She has interrupted sleep. She has been putting ice packs on her neck to distract her focus from the nausea felt in the neck, but they also help to relieve.

Hi, there could be 2 possibilities which should be ruled out, cervical spondylosis and vestibulopathy. Drugs like cinnarazine , prochlorperazine and anti histyaminics are effective for treating vestibulopathy which is an inner ear disease. In this condition patient have vomiting and nausea associated with neck movements.

For cervical spondylosis try hot compressions on neck along with some topical counter irritants. Consult doctor for examinations.
