neck pain and headache

hi, ive been having chronic neck pains for some time now and a few headaches every now and then, but 4 months ago, i suddenly got a dizzying one, then it became a daily chronic headache, i went to my gp, she agve me an ibuprofen and told me if pain persist i go to my opthalologist since i have a little problem in my vision, im a little nearsighted, though the pain is just mild, not disabling, from the back of my head to my temples, my forehead above my eyebrows and below my eyes just beneath the cheekbones, i also feel a bit dizzy and my neck pain has increased its intensity, what worries me is that it has become a daily basis on my headache and neck pain, the moment i wake the pain is already there, its like a tight hat on my head
