neck pain post injury with pulsating in base of skull

My neck was injuried 1 year  ago by a physical therapist pulling on my neck and head.  I have since had 2 MRI's that show straightening of the cervical lordosis and now bone spurs developing.  I have had constant pain since the incident and severe headaches that go around my head from the top to the bottom.  I also have pain on any movement of my head.  The pulsating in my head is made worst by movement to the left.  As soon as I get out of bed and start moving my head the pain starts.  Now if I lift my arms the neck pain starts getting worst.  All of this has been ignored by Drs. due to another condition that I had at the same time, an encephlocele in my right ear with a CSF leak.  I had surgery in March for this repair.  But my headaches and neckpain did not start until the neck was injured.  Help.
