hi dr. i had a mri show cervical espondilosis, discal central protrusion c3-c4 c4-c5.c5-c6.
please is this condition is for neurosurgy o neurology, thank you very much.

hi thank squirtatious, i had visited many quiropratic, they help but pain continue, acupunture, terapy, pain clinic from va hospital in puerto rico, here in dominica republic neurosugery sead i need a surgical anterior decompression and fusion at c5-c6 and c6-c7, but in puerto rico va hospital they sead i dont need that, and they send to puerto rico spinal corde center and they sead i dont need surgery now, but many pain continue, for many years, i may visist a bronx va hospital new york, and see what they sead, i had done alredy 8 mri in my head, one place want surgery other sead not surgery, other cervical mri sead IMPRESION THIS WAS IN 2009 SETEMBER.
1-PARAVERTEBRAL MUSCLE SPAM, WITH MULTILEVEL DISTAL BULGES NOTED FROM THE C3 TO THE C6-C7 LEVEL CREATING SEVERETHECAL SAC COMPRESION, WITHOUT EVIDENCE OF CENTRAL SPINAL STENOSIS.
2-MILD NARROWING OF THE BILATERAL NEURAL FOROMINA AT C5-C6 AND C6-C7 LEVEL, SECONDARY TO UNCOVERTEBRAL HYPERTROPHIC CHANGES.
