neck shoulder vibration, cervical hernia, stenosis? vascular?

Topic:
Vibrations, weakness  in neck,  chin ,shoulders, arms and sometimes lower legs. cervical spine or vascular ?

My first post and I am desperate for some input.

My symptoms began after a car accident and no one can shed any light on it.
This has been going on for three years and I spent months on end hardly being able to move in the first part of the day, or at times all day. Symptoms get better in the afternoon.
Before the car accident I already had  what is called absolute stenosis( diameter 9mm) at C5/C6, light disc protrusion, arthritic changes and osteophytes.
No major problems from that except tinnitus when  I turn my head to the  right.

In a car accident the disc at C5/C6 herniated, and a mild central myelopathy occurred. This was  found in an MRI in the lying down position, so the question really is what would an Upright MRI show in the standing position.
Two neurosurgeons told me  my symptoms cannot come from the C5/C6 situation, but I feel they do, my vibrations have definitely something to do with the position of my neck..
One neurologist feels some  problems do come from neck, even so she cannot explain the vibrations.

Some time after accident  I had first drop attack stretching up washing windows, legs gave out shaking, vertigo.
This was followed by  three more months in which  every morning after getting up my lower legs were trembling ( weak vibrating muscle faciulations), my neck shoulders and arms were vibrating and weak. At times there was the sense I had a huge weight on my shoulders. My chin or speech box was vibrating.  Symptoms got better after being up  for three to four hours.

Over the years the attacks worsened. But it always seemed that lying down at night was really bringing it on.   The vibrations  and weakness in neck, arms shoulder got worse, sometimes have in addition there are  restlessness or agitation, its unbearable. In my head I experience  symptoms like I have no blood in the brain, drunk or dazed, at times extreme sleepiness,  dizziness, focusing problems , reading problems, thinking problems, tinnitus. Those also get better in the afternoon
I generally have no pain in my neck . But I have had one episode with severe neck and pain in the back of head , swallowing problems the symptoms of possible occlusion of a vertebral artery, my myelopathy is not that bad on MRI. Did not have MRA because by then it got better..

Now my left arm gets also numb and has this inner agitation. The vibration and agitation is unbearable for me.
The episodes have gotten more frequent and last months and months.

Does anyone exprience sympotms like it, related tot he spine?
I am at a loss of what to do. My hunch is to have someone look at the vascular system in the neck.
Or have an upright MRI.
Does anyone have an idea?
