neck shulder and under arm pain and burning

Hi 2 days ago i have under arm shulder and neck pain i am so worry about wat is that its burning and pain everyday i take tylenol but its not help i am so worry about that last time i went to the doc they its a nurve pinched some thing but 2 months after i have this pro neck and shulder and uncder arm burning and pain this pain going to my head is hurting also i ams o worry plz tell me wats is that my age is 28 and i have 3 kids thx
