need help with medications

I have MS, Sleep Apnea, Restless leg syndrome, fatigue really bad, Epilepsy, mild Narcolepsy.
I am taking:
REBIF 44mcg M/W/F
AMTRIPTYLINE 200mg@bed
GABAPENTIN 600mg 4xday
LEXAPRO 40mg day
KEPPRA 1500 2xday
PROVIGIL 400mg
MELOXICAM 15mg
Since nobody has a cure (ha ha he he) how can I do to make things better. I did not like the adderrall. I have a 13 yr old daughter and am a single mom.
I am taking:
