    Recently told I had MS by neuro.  Three doctors prior said possible/probably MS--but no hyperflexivity; orthopaedic surgeons saying stenosis and not MS--because of not having reflexes below the knee and others normal or absent; neuologists stating absolutely not CM; radiologists  saying cervical spondylitis with demyelination process; neuroradiologist stating no stenosis at all and therefore not causing the symptoms and thinks either atypical MS, MS with TM, or some other strange concoction and not wait for MS specialist until next year as they really do not know what is going on.  Rheumy said fibromyalgia, but now was possibly just MS;  His neuro guy basically says that I am just hypochondriac.  At least two lesions on spinal cord.  One new 5-7 mm central lesions; other decreasing posterior lesion.  New neuro (medical school neuro instructor) states definitively MS and tells me to return in a year unless I get drastically bad:  not recommending MS drugs at this time.  Go to MS center.  Starting to have Llhermitte's type buzzing down into heels.  Is this orthopaedic or MS?  Sometimes just buzzing in back like bees for days on end.  Sometimes very painful lower back pain.  Now tingling into heels with no pain--just weakness.  Talked to neuroradiologist as all head MRIs were "normal".  States that last one was read normal due to age; but dozens of punctate white lesions.  Are these probably due to ongoing continuing migraine?  One hospital will not treat my migraines as they are so severe.  Tells me to go to university.  They were the ones that kept insisting my eyes and everything were normal and not running tests.  Now, I have to go to their MS center.  Went to two doctors to try and get MRIs of thoracic and lumbar spines--thinking this would rule out repeating ADEM issue?  Doen't myelitis have a predication for T-spine?  Noone will run test and my insurance will only cover until the end of this month.  Thought of trying an orthopaedic's office Monday.  Any suggestions or other insight?  Thanks!  
P.S.  Started mixing words-up for about three days this week and having coughing/choking problem with eating.  Seems like I am having trouble starting to initiate talking.  Also having palinopsia and see extra letters on eye chart.  Am I crazy or what?  I really wish someone would tell me something.  I am feeling really discouraged.
