nerve root inflamation(inflammation)

I have several herniated and bulging discs. - one is separated and in canal.  I've had sciatic nerve pain for over 4 mo.  I've had MRI, mylogram, etc, high doses of steroids in hospital, 2 epidurals.
My question is what is treatment for incontinence bladder due to this problems?

You can go in for Bladder training. Bladder training is a process to manage urinary incontinence.
This will help you in lengthening the amount of time between bathroom trips, increase the amount of urine your bladder can hold and improve your control over the urge to urinate.
There are different methods known for bladder training.
You need to ask when to start.
