I had bell's palsy when i was 14, that was 4 years ago. my left eye has not stop crying since then and i always have a headache. i get dizzy a lot and sometimes my eyes move really fast like double vision. also, recently my eye started twitching whenever i sneeze, yawn or flinch. I also have short of breaths and chest pain close to where my heart is. please help!

Hi there!

Tear overflow could be caused due to over production such as in infections/ inflammations or due to blockade of the draining canaliculi. Headaches can be caused by a variety of reasons often categorized into primary headaches, secondary headaches, and cranial neuralgias. The primary headaches include tension headache, migraine cluster headaches and similar pathologies. Secondary causes can be due to sinusitis eye problems, etc and the cranial neuralgias that include the trigeminal neuralgias.
While dizziness is a relatively vague symptom and can be caused due to low blood sugar, low blood pressure, causes related to the eye etc; double vision can be caused due to refractive errors, neuro-muscular causes etc.
Shortness of breath may be physiological or can be caused die to respiratory or cardiac causes. Chest pain could result from causes related to the chest wall, GI, respiratory tract, cardiac causes etc.
I would suggest getting this evaluated by a primary care physician initially and depending on the cause diagnosed/ suspected, it can be managed accordingly or specialist care may be sought.
Hope this is helpful.

Take care!
