Hi,
It is difficult to comment without knowing the results of your clinical exam and complete medical history. Some people have a small built as compared to others. Generalized body weakness can occur due to dehydration, hypoglycemia, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue syndrome, electrolyte imbalance, hormonal dysfunction. Regular physical exercise may help in building muscle strength.
This requires further evauation please get a neurological exam done. Thanks
