neuro or fibromalgia

I have pins & needles in legs & feet & shoulders at times. Lost of balance & can’t walk straight line for about 8 yrs now. MRI of brain clear. 8 year old MRI of abdominal area shows multiple lesions on liver, small to large, largest one 4.5 cm. scar on kidney. Cognitive & depression problems. All symptoms 8 to 10 years not. Within last year
Speech slurred and difficulties at times and mouth droops at times.
