neurofibroma

hello i had a neurofibroma removed from my neck when i was 19 the hospital found it cuz i couldnt move my arms and legs properly.any way 7 years later it came back same op again. after some time i was back to normal then i had raidio therepy 3years later i had a bad pain in my hip thay said it was infected 2years of pain went by and thay removed my leg and hip i went back and forth to different speciolists one said its the raidiotherepy.that was the most i was ever told.can you tell me if its possible i lost my leg due to radiotherapy on my neck.as iv never been given a proper answer.and does radio therapy slow down the tumor as im stook in life at the moment because another 7 years have passed.
