neurological problems

in 1994 i started to get intermitted diplopia with vertigo. this continued till 2003 in which the double vision stayed perminently. it has some what cleared up and i still do get intermitten bouts. throughout that time i used to also get bad hamstring cramps. in 2003 i started getting traveling cramps in shuolders and arms. them at one point it felt as though i could not open my right hand after use and that went away. in 2005 i began to fasiculate all over. i also had what felt like a stroke as one night an electrical feeling passed through my left side. down my arm and fingers and chest,leg toes sex organ. i had first emg nothing showed, second emg showed fasiculatins occational, then my whole left side is starting to atrophy. foot,calf,hand,forearm,lat and back. just had emg/nvc of ulnar side of hand,between thumb, forearm,shoulder,calf. emg/nvc normal, no fibs,no+waves,no fasc, no palyphasic,amplitude and duration normal. I have also had my foot lose sensation for 3 weeks, both sides of my stomach go numb, mouth and tongue go numb, fleeting pains and stabbing sensations. my hands are asleep every morning along ulnar side of hands. I am so confused my neuro just got me a muscle biopsy no results yet. he thinks some kind of mitochondrial pathology. had test for MG neg. ck levels 90,96,76,75,138 upon excersice. I know you cant diagnose me but what are your thoughts or ideas to this. I cant think it is anything but als yet ck and emg of atrophy muscle normal. mri normal, all blood tests normal,chest x ray and ct of lower spine normal. totally confused.

i forgot to mention i am 36yrs old also my swallowing has become harder and my tongue feels off when i talk. i have and still do get fasiculatins on tongue, every muscle. my neuro feels the diplopia is mixed in with this stuff and told my that my sympttoms are to long to be ALS. i beleave the fasiculations are a separate issue as they stared 11 yrs after. any ideas would be greatlly welcomed.

sorry i keep forgetting things. i would also get this feeling like my blood was pooling in my left leg and filling up. iwould feel like a constricting pain travelling up my leg. also before the twitching started i had 3 bad ear infections almost back to back. my left bicept burns on the inside alot and after excersicing my left arm will get an electrical pain travelling from the bicep to the fingers upon flexing it. i also used to get a rapid heart beat epishodes with breathlessness. and before i would just fall asleep i would wake with panic like attacks. was checked for apnea neg. feel so lost. thanks in advance for any future responses.

i also get ptosis in left eyelid and when diplopia starts my eyes water and the left lid drops. my constant diplopia is when looking down. intermitened ones create double images mostly above and below to the right and sometimes side to side very seldom. left hand weakness in pinky,index,thumb. recorded as left 4 to 4+ and right 5.

hands also turn red when hanging down also they have red and white blotchy look to them, when i raise them up they turn white and reverse for down position.sorry for all the posts but i have never posted before and i dont want to leave anything out.

keep forgetting things i will also get long periods of all my joints cracking and popping.
