neurological symptoms. need opinions

Thanks for reading my question.
Mid April I came down with an awful virus. I didnt know what it was and either did the doctors. My symptoms then were mainly nausea, loss of appetite,flu like symptoms, tingling/shaking and the occasional twitch. FINALLY in mid July i was diagnosed with H pylori infection. However, I completed my medication last night and feel no different.  Now my symptoms are substantially worse. I have widespread twitching, cracking bones (every bone seems to crack) I have paresthesia of my forehead, scalp and face. I also feel this water like sensation in the back of my head. It is like a fizzing-liquid sound at the base of my skull. I'll be lying in bed and it can just feel the liquid. One night back in May, I was laying down and I felt liquid trickle down my forehead. It was like someone pouring water. Now, it is behind my ears as well as back of skull. That along with the facial paresthesia. I've also been getting headaches, about every other day.

I want to believe that this is all sleep related. I've been running on about 2-4 hours of sleep each day for over 3 months. My question is what should I ask my doctor? I've explained my symptoms to her and she just tells me that it is anxiety, which I know it is not. I'm fearing that it may be something like multiple sclerosis or a CSF leak. I have a MRI scheduled for tomorrow. Hopefully, they will figure out what is wrong.
