neurologist or cardiologist or ?

I'm a 46 year old female and am being bounced between a neurologist and a cardiologist who think I have two separate issues going on.  Symptoms include:  left side weakness, extended numbness and tingling in both hands and arms, tinnitis, heart palpitations, low blood pressure, syncope, joint pain, cold hands and feet.  MRI's are negative for stroke/tumors, but some stenosis in cervical spine. Holter monitor indicated some sort of heart rythm problem, but EKG was normal.  Cholestoral level is fine.  Bloodwork came back as Vitamin D deficient and very low in Vitamins B1, B6, and B12 despite a decent diet and no alcohol abuse or smoking. ANA choice was negative. After the tilt table test (blood pressure dropped 40 points) the cardiologist put me on a Beta blocker.  Neurologist put me on Savella for suspected fibromyalgia and mega vitamins.  Nothing seems to be making the symptoms better which are severe enough to limit my driving.  Does anyone have any ideas on what I can do to get better?  I'm tired of literally limping all of the time and being too tired to function well.  Could all of this be some weird form of menopause?  I'm desperate enough to have asked a psychiatrist if I was nuts and he said no, this is real.  Please help!
