If it is a severe headache, you ought to be evaluated by a neurologist.  There are medications that can be prescribed.

This article may be of help to you.  There are some medical journal articles on the subject of treating these type of headaches, but I can't find any that are publicly available for free at the moment.  At any rate, the treatments are medications that would require a prescription from a doctor.  (If they are indeed "benign coital cephalalgia," which is something a neurologist can evaluate/diagnose.)
