dont know if im dizzy or jumping and dont know if anyone can see me. feel as if im going to the 1 side:?

Hi there. I can understand what you are going through. Causes of dizziness could include so many systems like high or low blood pressure secondary to anemia, dehydration etc, heart attack or arrhythmia, stroke, headaches, fainting, dementia, due to medications like sedatives, antidepressants and antibiotics. Metabolic disorders could also be the culprits like hypoxia, low blood sugar, reduced capacity for exercise due to aging is irrelevant, internal bleeding, anemia, prolonged bed rest, infections, endocrine diseases like thyroid, pituitary gland can affect salt balance and allergies causing wheezing etc.  You could also have dizziness due to depression, anxiety or panic disorder. Consult a neurologist for assessment. Take care.

do i need to worry about this,  i also suffer from i think its neuralgia?  i get sharp shooting pains at the side of my head.  used to be one side but now they are random and get them both sides of head.  i also suffer from i think tension headaches, like a pressure type feeling at the back of my head, not so much sore but more annoying.
