neuropathy,herniated disc, pyloric stenosis

Herniated disk s in the lumbar and cervical, and minimal scoliosis on the thoracic. woke up one day a couple of months AFTER my hand surgery, DID A SMALL stretch--felt a sharp pain in the upper back for a second, which shot down to the lower right side, had to go to the hospital in an ambulance, and my back has been in spasm ever since--WHAT'S CONFUSING ABOUT THIS IS I HAD NO PRIOR EXURTION TO THE PAIN, I JUST WOKE UP ONE DAY FEELING PERFECTLY FINE, FOR THE 1ST 20 MINUTES OF THE DAY, AND THEN I DID A QUICK ELBOW TOUCH BEHIND THE BACK WHICH CAUSED THE PAIN.

Peripheral neuropathy- which is causing numbness and tingling in the legs mostly, and partially ON THE ARMS-HAD TO HAVE 2 EMG'S AND 2 SSEP'S upper and lower DONE TO DIAGNOSE THE NEUROPATHY, but they can't find out what is causing it, i even had a 5,000 dollar blood test, looking for some genetic disease, which they did not find.

Pyloric stenosis- which was discovered after the er incident, by way of endoscopy, which subsequently needs either a ballooning 4 times or surgery

social phobia and ocd misdiagnosed until 3 years ago

Also ringing in ears- not from music- i don't listen to loud music
and once in a while a loud buzzing in the head-usually at night when lying down.
