neuropathy induced by APLA

neuropathy induced by APLA

I am suffering from idiopatic peripheral neuropathy for some 5 years. I was diagnosed to have APLA some 7 years ago. The disease affected the motoric nerves primarily. Biopsy indicates that that the myelin is OK where as the axons were damaged. So far no particular cause for the disease was diagnosed, hence - idiopathic.
Current situation indicates a significant negative developments, such as balance problems, weakened hands and legs, cannot lift my right hand above my shoulder,  AND recently loss of sensation in hand fingers and foot.

Is there any relationship between my APLA and the neurological condition?
Is it plausible that my axons were damaged because my VASA NERVOSUM blood supply to the axons was interrupted by the APLA condition?
Is there any way to revive the axons by converting their anorexic condition, providing them with more blood supply?
