Dear Mr. Milne:
I am sorry but we haven't done any research on agent orange. However, there is literature out there and you should be able to get ahold of it at a local library.

I am a disabled veteran and have Acute Peripheral Neuropathy along with high levels of Arsenic in my blood and urine, PTSD, Hypertension, Bulging discs in my back and neck.
I am currently fighting with the VA for compensation for PN because of the Herbicidal spraying in Vietnam.
They continue to stand on a a statement that PN must manifest itself within one year of leaving the service.
My research shows that PN is related to the spraying in Vietnam and can manifest itself for 10-20 years after the contact.
My question to you would be have you ever done any studies on the effects of Agent Orange/Agent White/Dioxin or herbicidal spraying contact and nerve disorders?
Your help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank You

Dear Ms. Hall:
I would see your neurologist. Without examining you I can't tell what is going on.
Sincerely,

I had transposition of ulna nerve surgery in both arms two years ago . Two months ago I started experiencing the same symptoms that I originally had. I am also experiencing numbness in my feet. I don't think clinically I had cubital tunnel syndrome because the nerves in both arms were stretched not pinched. Can you tell me what course of action I should now seek?
Dear Yvette:
I think that the initial workup should include a good, neurological examination. Some basic labs should be performed such as CBC with differential cell count, electrolytes including ionized calicum, B12 and folate level, sedimentation rate, and ANA profile.
The differential is too wide to reproduce here. Wait on the results of the neurological exam, history, and lab results. This will make the differential possibilities more realistic.
