IS it possible to have Neurosarcoids and have it accompany MS or progress into MS?

Neurosarcoidosis does not progress to MS however both these disorders can exist in one person. In fact, Neurosarcoidosis is considered in differential diagnosis of MS.
Neurosarcoidosis is a typical disorder of the brain meninges and affects the brain much later on. It usually presents as cranial nerve weakness and is accompanied by symptoms of systemic sarcoidosis.
MS is an autoimmune disease in which the myelin sheath of the nerves resulting in muscle weakness, numbness, weakness, cramps, dizziness, eye symptoms and fatigue.
