no doctor knows

In August last  year I had an EMG.  It showed I had severe nerve damage in both my legs.  I had back surgery in February 1995, a ruptured disc.  Since August I have had increased paon my calves and feet.  First the feet feel like they are freezing then they get hot.  The back of both my legs ache and have a "have to move" sensation.  My feet burn so bad it makes me cry.  I have had migrane (migraine) headaches for years and take zomig.  But the headaches I have now are all on the right side and pounds.  With the burning feet, the back of my cavles hurting and the headaches I have a serious problem but no one knows what it is.  I have seen two regular doctors and a neurologist and have not had any luck with the answer.  Can you help me? Please!!!!
