no feeling in genitals

dear doc about six months i had horible testical pain acompineid by cold sensations also pain in butox, rectal  area penis shaft behind testicals my testicals were also red and seemed larger  an increased urge to urinate and i guess a buzzing like feeling and very painful spermadic cords running up in to my abduman my doc at the time said it is epidimitis but did not test for it only asumed iwas on 3 courses of antibiotics since then the pain has gone away but so has my feeling in my scrotum rectal area and exspecialy the penis i can barely feel anything down there i do recal spending long hours sitting in front of cumputer trying to find out what was causeing all of this and i fear that doing all that siting caused some sort of nerve entrapment my doctor sent me to a nerologist that test one leg and arm and did an mri the mri showed some spinal comprestion but nothing that whould causes this the nerologist has since then givin up my my question is how do get the doctors to look in to pne and what can be done to get my feeling back
