Dear Marla, welcome to the medhelp forum. Your symptoms are suggestive of sinusitis or inflammation of the paranasal sinuses mostly allergic or infective in etiology. The pain or pressure symptoms point towards the more affected sinus, maxillary can cause toothache, ethmoid and frontal can cause headaches. Do you have any nasal stuffiness, congestion or secretions, and does the pain worsens with forward bending and on waking up? If so, you need to consult an otolaryngologist for appropriate therapy. Also need to rule out headaches like migraines which can refer pain to jaw, associated with an aura. Hope this helps. Take care.
