not sure of what my symptoms are a sign of

I have this lightheadedness that sometimes gives me upset stomache, and vertigo to where I can't drive.  I also get headaches across my face, forehead and back of neck. I have been very tired and had my thyroid checked, as I have hypothyroidism, but test came back normal.
I am concerned cause last year around this time, I had vertigo/ lightheadedness so bad I could not drive for 5 months. I went to a ENT, Opthamologist, Neuro- Opthamologist, and they saw nothing.
My Ent had an ct scan & mri and they came out fine. My ENT tried antibiotics, dierectics, and prednisone. Prednisone is what seemed to help most. I was able to drive again.
Now this year in May I started feeling this come back!
Other than the symptoms listed above, I can add that I feel as though my gall bladder is acting up.I also have several allergies. I just feel a mess.  Any answers?? Suggestions??

You may have an underlying inner ear or vestibular disorder that is usually quiet, but that acts up when your allergies act up.  I'm discussing this same thing right now with another person on this forum.  I wrote something about vertigo a few days ago.  Here is the link to my post:

The proper specialist to evaluate vertigo is a Neuro-Otologist.  To find one in your area go to the Vestibular Association of Amercia (VEDA) website and look at their regional list of specialists and vestibular clinics.  Another possiblility is that you are having vertigo as a side effect of migrain headaches.
