numb arms, hands, lips
I have recurring numbness in both arms and hands.  Lately my lips are also going numb at the same time.  My toes, usually only on my right side, go numb but on their own, not when anything else is numb.

I had an MRI of my brain which was normal. My B12 levels were also normal.

Hi, since when are you facing this problem. There could be nerve compression in cervical region, seek a secod opinion from a neurologist. Are you a diabetic. Try heat therapy and massage therapy. Take care and keep updating.
